Refund policy

1 – Our Commitment

BeamerLights LLC stands behind the quality of its products. If you receive an incorrect item, a product with a manufacturing defect, or are missing a component, we will correct the issue promptly at no cost to you. For all other situations—such as accidental damage, incorrect ordering, or buyer's remorse—refunds or returns are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion. However, we encourage you to contact us directly so we may review your situation, as providing outstanding customer support is our top priority.

2 – How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please email support@beamerlights.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A detailed description of the problem

We will respond within 3 business days with instructions. If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and guide you through the process.

Return Instructions:

  • Items must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

  • Any damage resulting from improper return packaging may void your claim.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days. If the return is approved, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement item at our expense.

3 – Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

  • Items that show signs of installation, use, modification, or wear

  • Custom or made-to-order components

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, or digital services

  • Final-sale or clearance items explicitly marked as “No Returns”

4 – Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and are issued to the original payment method.

For returns not covered under BeamerLights LLC’s warranty terms (including, but not limited to buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or discretionary returns), a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Shipping upgrades, international duties, import taxes, and original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by BeamerLights LLC.

5 – Shipping Damage Claims

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage:

  • Take clear photographs of the unopened package

  • Retain all original packaging materials

  • Notify us at support@beamerlights.com within 30 days of delivery

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement if applicable.

6 – Exchanges

In select cases, we may offer a product exchange instead of a refund. Please contact support@beamerlights.com for eligibility.

7 – Policy Updates

We may update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any revisions apply only to orders placed after the “Last Updated” date shown below.
